By utilizing the principle of repulsion between charges of the same polarity and attraction between charges of the opposite polarity, in the flocking machine, the fluff is electrostatically treated to carry a negative charge, while the surface of the printed material (such as fabric) is coated with a layer of adhesive through printing, which carries a positive charge. When the fluff falls from above the flocking machine, it is vertically and uniformly adsorbed on the surface of the fabric coated with adhesive under the action of the electrostatic field. Then, after drying and other treatments to solidify the adhesive, the fluff firmly adheres to the fabric, forming a flocking printing pattern.
